Tweeter is a Twitter/Last.fm mashup client for Mac OSX. You can tweet and scrobble your songs playing in iTunes to your accounts. Tweeter runs in the your status bar, keeping your desktop and dock clutter free.

Tweeter currently supports a single Twitter account, however, multiple accounts will be supported in the future.

Q. Do I need a Twitter account to use Tweeter?
A. If you want to post tweets to Twitter, then duh! However, you can use many features of Tweeter without a Twitter account, such as the iTunes controls and last.fm scrobbling (this will require a last.fm account).
Q. What is Last.fm?
A. Last.fm is a popular Internet radio site for streaming music. Last.fm uses a music recommender system called “Audioscrobbler”, which builds a detailed profile of each user’s musical taste by recording details of the songs the user listens to.
Q. What music players does Tweeter work with?
A. iTunes and iTunes only.
